Historically known as Circulation and Heart Formula, C&H Herbal Formula combines Red Yeast Rice, Hawthorn, Coenzyme Q10, black pepper, folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in one convenient formulation.

Red Yeast Rice (Monascus purpureus) is a traditional fermented botanical ingredient. Hawthorn is a botanical ingredient with a long history of use in traditional herbal preparations.

The formula also contains Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), alongside folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, while folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The formula brings together these botanical and nutritional ingredients in a convenient food supplement, suitable for inclusion as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How to use
2 capsules twice a day for 12 weeks, reducing to 1 capsule twice a day or as directed by health practitioner.
