Bifidobacteria & Fibre combines Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12® with fructooligosaccharides (FOS) in a convenient daily sachet.

Each daily serving provides 25 billion live bacterial cultures at the time of manufacture, together with 4 g of FOS.

Bifidobacterium lactis is a bacterial species within the Bifidobacterium genus. The BB-12® strain is included in this formulation alongside FOS, a type of carbohydrate found naturally in a variety of plant foods.

The formula provides a combination of live bacterial cultures and FOS in a convenient powder that can be mixed with food or a suitable cold drink.

 

Ingredients
Fructooligosaccharide fibres (FOS 4g); standardised culture (fructose, Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®). Each sachet guarantees 25 billion live cultures + 4g FOS fibres.

How to use
Take 1 sachet daily. Shake the sachet, slowly sprinkle contents into a glass of water and mix to dissolve. It is strongly recommended to drink plenty of water with this supplement.
