Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Cascara sagrada bark powder (Rhamnus purshiana), Garlic bulb powder (Allium sativum), Aloe resin powder (Aloe ferox), Ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale), Cayenne fruit (Capsicum frutescens), Senna leaf powder (Senna alexandrina), Barberry bark powder (Berberis vulgaris).

How to use
Take 1-2 capsules, 1-3 times per day before meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
