UT Plus Formula combines a selection of botanical ingredients with D-mannose and vitamin C in a carefully formulated capsule.

The formula contains cranberry, bearberry, nettle leaf, parsley, horsetail and sage, alongside D-mannose.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The formula brings together these botanical and nutritional ingredients in a convenient formulation.

D-mannose, Vitamin C (potasium ascorbate), Cranberry extract 25:1 (30% acids) (Oxycoccus spp) (maltodextrin (potato)), Nettle leaf extract (4:1) (Urtica dioica) (Leaves of utrica dioica, maltodextrin (corn)), Parsley leaf (Petroselinium crispum), Bearberry leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Vitamin B6 (P5P), Capsule shell (vegetable capsule).

How to use
Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended stated daily intake. If diabetic, consult a doctor before use.
