Saccharomyces boulardii is a strain of yeast used in live culture supplements. It is a distinct species of Saccharomyces and differs from the bacterial cultures commonly found in live culture products.

S. boulardii can be stored at room temperature when kept according to the product's storage instructions, making it a convenient option for travel and everyday use.

Our formula combines live Saccharomyces boulardii cultures with L-glutamine in a convenient capsule. L-glutamine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body and is also obtained through the diet.

How to use
